Read and Publish Agreements enable researchers to publish free of charge in selected journals. The articles are published open access and are freely available to the broader community. Hence the name read and publish. To enable 'free read and publish', the institution pays reduced subscription / access fees + article processing charges (APC).

As is the case with our annual subscription agreements, Library & Information Services in conjunction with CAUL (Council of Australian University Librarians) has negotiated and signed a number of Read and Publish agreements.
