We are asking applicants to put in an EOI for the grants of $10,000 (two) $25,000 (two) and $50,000 (two). We appreciate the work involved in preparing grant submissions and seek to provide guidance on likely success through this process. The result of this process will be that you may be invited to provide a full application either for the amount requested or a smaller amount and anticipate a success rate of the full application will be around 50%. The EOI is not required for the small grants (up to $5,000).
When considering EOI's the board will take into account how the grant will build the research capacity in Far North Queensland, benefit the people of Far North Queensland, encourage clinical research collaborations, be distributed equitably across institutions and encourage new researchers.
There are 3 sections. Information about you, Details of the research, and Budget.
The EOI will be from the principal investigator and applications close on October 7th.
